A good error description should contain the following information:
 

  • What exactly did you try to do? Describe how you proceeded.
  • What exactly does not work? Does an error message appear?
  • Which browser and operating system are you using?
  • Send us a screenshot of the entire page (incl. the address line of the browser) where you encountered the issue.

 

Current: Playback problem Panopto videos in OLAT

At the moment there are more and more problems with playing Panopto videos in OLAT. In this case, please proceed as follows:

Log out everywhere and restart the browser.

 

If you use Firefox:
It is essential that you allow third-party cookies (go to Settings => Privacy & Security => select "Default").
NEW: In addition, please log in to Panopto (https://panopto.uni-landau.de) first, then to OLAT.

 

If you use Chrome:
It is essential that you allow third-party cookies (go to Settings => Privacy & Security => select "Allow all cookies").
In addition, please log in to Panopto (https://panopto.uni-landau.de)) first, then to OLAT.
