Media Technology is responsible for supplying courses with media technology equipment. This includes in detail

• Maintenance, repair and servicing of the media technology equipment in the lecture halls and seminar rooms (e.g. beamers, document cameras, loudspeakers, media controls).
• Advising, instructing and assisting lecturers and users in the event of problems during operation.
• Planning of media equipment for lecture halls and seminar rooms at the RPTU in Landau and in the branch offices
• Coordinating the acquisition and further development of the media technology infrastructure at the RPTU in Landau.
• Advising and supporting members of the university in the procurement of media technology infrastructure.

The above services are provided for equipment that is permanently installed in lecture halls or seminar rooms of the university as well as for equipment that is used for teaching purposes.If possible, the work that arises is carried out by the in-house media technology department. If this is not the case, an external company will be commissioned with the repair.
